Brian, TMC's President and owner, is a knowledgeable, results-driven sales professional with 30+ years of experience in the marine retail and wholesale marketplaces. Brian brings a wealth of knowledge to our team and customer base as it relates to forecasting, program management, sales, marketing, brand management, event planning, team building, customer care and public relations. In addition to his day to day sales efforts, and leading the TMC team, Brian is responsible for management of our major accounts, business strategy and planning. Brian's customer-first approach underpins his strong commitment to the success of our customers and team.

Robin has over 20 years of both independent and big box retail sales and management experience in the outdoor industry. He opened and managed the Wholesale Sports location in Nanaimo BC, for 8 1/2 years prior to partnering with TMC. An avid fisherman, Robin has been fortunate enough to spend time on the pristine coastal waters of British Columbia as well as the many world class lakes and rivers found in our beautiful province.  Robin represents TMC's brands on Vancouver Island and the Interior of BC. 

Growing up on Vashon Island, Zue purchased his first boat at the age of 14. Twenty years ago, he started a career in the Marine Industry and has helped a countless number of families experience the boating lifestyle, expressing his enthusiasm and delight the water brings to us all. He has worked for five boat manufacturers which include Mirage/Livingston, Maxum, Four Winns, Monterey and most recently Campion. His passion for water sports and extensive retail background make Zue a perfect match to represent TMC's brands in California, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. 

Kole is an outdoor enthusiast who has 7 years of professional experience in the outdoor industry. Before partnering with TMC, Kole worked in sales, management and operations for REI Co-Op. As an avid whitewater rafter and guide Kole brings a wealth of knowledge of recreational paddle sports to the team. He is based out of Bend, OR and is passionate about helping others stay safe and enjoy the rivers, lakes and coastlines of the Western United States. Kole represents TMC's brands  in Hawaii, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico.

Em is our sales and customer experience coordinator. She is focused on seamlessly processing new orders, monitoring existing orders, inventory checks, and ensuring our customers' needs are met. Em is an artist and horticulturist who's love of the outdoors often has her sneaking away to soak up as much daily fresh air the outdoors can give her.

Wendy, co-owner of TMC with Brian, oversees our finances and administration of the business. Wendy’s administrative experience in both the university and aviation industries, combined with her commitment to excellence and customer service, makes her a perfect fit for our team to support the growing needs of TMC.  Outside of work you will find Wendy is happiest touring on her bicycle or hiking in the warmer months, Nordic skiing in the winter, and almost anytime of the year either volunteering at SPARK-Kelowna or in her art studio.

Rick has been involved in life on the water for most of his life, active in outdoor sports to this day as a skier(snow & water), golfer, fishing and unlimited hours watching his many grandkids playing soccer, basketball, music, drama etc. Rick brings his valuable years of experience within the marine community, thru his many years with Mustang Survival, in sales management, manufacturing operations, marketing, product development, charitable work and volunteering.  In 2016 Rick was inducted into the Canadian Hall of Fame by NMMA Canada. Rick supports TMC Reps as a Brand Ambassador.  

30 years ago Tony founded TMC Inc. and with 47 years of marine industry experience Tony supports our team and manufacturer partners now in an advisory capacity as he has moved from day to day operations with his knowledge as we bring products to market. Tony’s marine industry experience includes new boat construction, refit, retail, distribution and working closely with government agencies. His water-life background includes building and living aboard a 37' sailboat, cruising and fishing as well as scuba diving and flying float planes throughout the West Coast. He has experienced much the ocean has to offer on, above and below the surface.
