Rick has been involved in life on the water for most of his life, active in outdoor sports to this day as a skier(snow & water), golfer, fishing and unlimited hours watching his many grandkids playing soccer, basketball, music, drama etc. Rick brings his valuable years of experience within the marine community, thru his many years with Mustang Survival, in sales management, manufacturing operations, marketing, product development, charitable work and volunteering.  In 2016 Rick was inducted into the Canadian Hall of Fame by NMMA Canada. Based in Port Moody, BC Rick will be supporting TMC Reps as a Brand Ambassador, along with internal support and special projects.  

Kole is an outdoor enthusiast who has 7 years of professional experience in the outdoor industry. Before joining TMC Kole worked in sales, management and operations for REI Co-Op. As an avid whitewater rafter and guide Kole brings a wealth of knowledge of recreational paddle sports to the team. He is based out of Bend, OR and is passionate about helping others stay safe and enjoy the rivers, lakes and coastlines of the Western United States. Kole is responsible for Hawaii, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico.

Growing up on Vashon Island, Zue purchased his first boat at the age of 14. Twenty years ago, he started a career in the Marine Industry and has helped a countless number of families experience the boating lifestyle, expressing his enthusiasm and delight the water brings to us all. He has worked for five boat manufacturers which include Mirage/Livingston, Maxum, Four Winns, Monterey and most recently Campion. His passion for water sports is a perfect match covering 9 states, along with an extensive retail background. Zue is responsible for Washington, Oregon, California and Alaska.

Em is our customer experience, sales administration and marketing coordinator. She is focussed on seamlessly processing new orders, monitoring existing orders, inventory checks and most challenging of all, keeping the rest of us in line. Em is an artist and horticulturist who's love of the outdoors and often has her sneaking away to soak up as much daily fresh air the outdoors can give her.

Robin has over 20 years of both independent and big box retail sales and management experience in the outdoor industry. He opened and managed the Wholesale Sports location in Nanaimo BC, for 8 1/2 years prior to joining us. An avid fisherman, Robin has been fortunate enough to spend time on the pristine coastal waters of British Columbia as well as the many world class lakes and rivers found in our beautiful province.  Based in Nanaimo, Robin is responsible for the development and growth of our Vancouver Island and Interior BC business. 

Brian is a knowledgeable, results-driven sales professional with 30+ years experience in the marine retail and wholesale marketplaces. Brian brings a wealth of knowledge to our team and customer base as it relates to forecasting, program management, sales, marketing, brand management, event planning, team building, customer care and public relations.  In addition to his day to day sales efforts, Brian is responsible for management of our major accounts, business strategy and planning.  He is a family man who is based out of Kelowna, BC, and is committed to the success of our customers and our team.

Tony, heads up the team with 4 decades in the marine business, and 26 years as the founder of TMC Inc. Tony is responsible for vendor relations, key customer accounts and tribal knowledge.  Tony’s marine business experience includes new boat construction, refit, retail, 2 step distribution and working closely with government agencies. His water-life background includes building and living aboard a 37' sailboat, cruising and fishing as well as scuba diving and flying float planes throughout the West Coast. He has experienced much the ocean has to offer on, above and below the surface.

Kevin is our prostaff and government relations guru. With close to 4 decades of public service he has the knowledge to assist with our public safety and professional programs. Kevin developed the RHIOT school in Bamfield BC, and headed up the SAR operations for the Canadian Coast Guard's Western Region.
