Please note these Important Return and Repair notes prior to sending back your product:

  • Returns cannot be accepted or processed without a Return Authorization number.

  • Ensure any suits have been laundered prior to returning them, as the technicians cannot inspect or repair if not clean.

OPTION 1 INSPECTION = $112.25 each required on standard drysuits sent in for service. ($127.01 for HD series drysuits)

  • REPLACE NEOPRENE NECK SEAL = $43.77

  • REPLACE AS NECK SEAL $96.24

  • REPLACE LS NECK SEAL = $46.48

  • REPLACE WRIST SEALS = $38.78/EA

  • REPLACE ZIPPER = $190.00

  • REPLACE ZIPPER SLIDER: $12.30

  • REPLACE SOCK = $18.46

  • REPLACE CUFF = $81.57

  • REPLACE QRV VALVE = $76.56

  • REPAIR LEAKS = $19.23

  • REPAIR HOLE = $5.96

OPTION 2 FLAT RATE FEE =

Above options includes the inspection and all repairs except for the replacement of zippers.

The replacement of zippers is $190.00 

in addition to the flat rate fee. 

NOTES ON REPAIR CAPABILITIES FOR FLOATATION SUITS:

  • Wear and tear beyond seals and zipper pulls may not be repairable if the suit cannot be made to meet Transport Canada/USCG standards (this can include colour fading and other factors).

  • Suits that are more than 10 years old from date of manufacture are not able to be considered for repair.

  • Damaged seams on which the base fabric is damaged or frayed are not likely repairable.

  • SUITS MUST BE CLEAN.

    • suits that have not been cleaned and completely dry will be sent back to the customer to be laundered.

    • They cannot be handled or repaired if they have not been laundered. This is to protect the repairs team from exposure to hazardous chemicals, body fluids, fish hooks, knives, food items, etc.
